This document outlines the general terms and conditions for using the website https://gabriellesclothes.com/ “The Site” refers to https://gabriellesclothes.com/ – an e-commerce website where users (buyers) can purchase products according to the terms published on the site.

DEFINITIONS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• User(s) or buyer(s): Any individual or legal entity that visits and/or uses the site.
• Seller: Gabrielle Shop Ltd.
• Favorite Products: A section on the site that allows the buyer/user to create lists of products they want to track in connection with their shopping.
• Shopping Cart: A section on the site where the buyer/user can add products they want to purchase immediately or at a later time.
• Order: An electronic document for purchasing selected goods. The order is placed by the user/buyer at their own discretion.
• Order Value: The total value of the order placed by the user, which includes the delivery charges from the supplier.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SUPPLIER AND USER
GabrielleShop retains all rights to the intellectual property related to the platform. The contract between GabrielleShop and the user does not grant permission to the user to copy, distribute, or alter the Content.

The user may copy or use the Content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use of the website content for other purposes is prohibited.

GabrielleShop reserves the right to change the prices of the offered goods at its discretion without prior notice.

The user is obliged to comply with Bulgarian legislation, internet ethics, and the General Terms and Conditions while using the services of GabrielleShop.

GabrielleShop is obliged to package and deliver the selected goods to the user based on the data provided.

The user is required to provide correct delivery information and, when placing an order, to pay for the delivery costs and the value of the goods.

Order Conditions
The customer can place an order on the site by adding the desired products to the shopping cart. Adding a product to the cart without completing the order does not register the order.

The customer is obliged to provide full and accurate information when registering the order.

The seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the placed order, with prior notice to the customer.

Sales and Deliveries
All product prices are final and are quoted in Bulgarian Lev (BGN), including VAT.

Payment is made by cash on delivery.

The seller is obliged to deliver the ordered goods either by themselves or through a courier company to the delivery address provided by the user.

Upon confirmed purchase, the seller is obliged to ensure the proper packaging of the products.

In case of delayed delivery, GabrielleShop is not liable for any penalty. In such situations, the user has the right to cancel the order.

The user has the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the goods are in their original commercial condition. To do so, the user must contact a representative of www.gabrielleshop.eu using the contact details provided on the site.

The right to refuse is not applicable when the ordered goods have been damaged after receipt by the courier.

COMPLAINTS
If the user receives goods that do not match the description on the site, they have the right to file a complaint by contacting a representative of GabrielleShop using the contact details provided.
